Payments and shipping

PAYMENTS

To book a space, I ask for a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is then paid upon completion of the drawing.

Feel free to get in touch with me if you're not sure what size or material to choose. I will be happy to help you.
For payments, I accept either PayPal or bank transfer.

POSTAGE

All portraits are safely packaged to prevent bending or smudging and all portraits are tracked with insurance.

Postage within the UK is normally around £10.

Postage outside of the UK can vary depending on the destination and the portrait size.

(Make sure to get in touch with me as soon as possible if you would like to have a portrait done before a certain date as I'm often working on several commissions, therefore, there is often waiting time)

HOW TO TAKE A REFERENCE PHOTO OF YOUR PET

Reference Photos
photo 1.jpg

When taking a good reference photo, don't stand directly above and close to your pet because it causes their head to appear larger than it actually is. This is not a good reference photo for a drawing.

photo 2.jpg

Try to stand a few feet away from your pet to prevent camera distortion. By getting down to their level you include the whole of their body which makes a good reference photo for a drawing. Use a good light source, either natural light or a strong light bulb (this photo was taken in a conservatory with lots of light.)
